1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — you may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number:

We recommend reaching out immediately, as orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
3. Cancellations by Valeora
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
Product unavailability or stock-outs
Errors in product pricing or description
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Inability to verify or deliver to the shipping address provided
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email/SMS and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If payment was already made and the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cash-on-delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch will simply not be charged.
5. Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of specific items within the order, provided those items have not yet been shipped. Any remaining items will continue to be processed and delivered as normal.
6. Custom, Engraved & Made-to-Order Jewellery
Orders involving personalization — including engraving, name/initial customization, ring resizing, or any other made-to-order jewellery — cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these items are crafted specifically for you. We recommend confirming sizing and engraving details carefully before placing such an order.
