  and any purchase you make through it, including our jewellery products. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 

1. General 

This Site is operated by Valeora. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site, and are governed by the laws of India. 

2. Eligibility 

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 

3. Products, Pricing & Jewellery Specifications 

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. 

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered. 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless statedotherwise. 

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, discontinue, or refuse any product, service, or offer without notice. 

We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, actual colour, finish, and shine may vary slightly from images due to screen display settings and studio lighting. 

Where applicable, gold and silver jewellery sold on the Site complies with mandatory BIS hallmarking requirements. Purity (karatage/fineness), metal weight, and gemstone details (if any) are as stated on the product listing and/or accompanyinginvoice; minor variations in weight or stone size (within industry-accepted tolerance) may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery. 

Gold-plated or gold-vermeil products are clearly identified as such and are not sold as solid gold. Plating may naturally fade with use; please refer to our care instructions. 

Any certification (e.g., gemstone or hallmarking certificates) provided with a product forms part of that product and must accompany the item if returned. 

4. Orders & Payment 

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. 

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. 

A GST-compliant invoice will be issued with every order. 

5. Shipping & Delivery

[Note: No Shipping Policy document was provided — given jewellery is high-value, this should separately cover insured/tamper-evident packaging, signature-on-delivery, and an unboxing-video recommendation for damage claims.]

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Valeora brand name, is the property of Valeora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent. 

8. User Conduct 

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe upon the rights of others, or to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valeora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products purchased through it. 

10. Force Majeure 

Valeora shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier/logistics disruptions, or government action. 

11. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold Valeora, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site. 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India. 

13. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
